At Fezapew, every wooden wall shelf is crafted with care and attention to detail. We know that buying furniture online can sometimes feel uncertain, so our return and refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind.
If your shelf arrives damaged, not as described, or simply doesn’t feel right for your space, we want the process of returning it to be straightforward and fair. This policy applies only to purchases made through fezapew.com and shipped within the United States and Morocco.

1. Return Window
Every bookshelf purchased from Fezapew can be returned within 90 days from the date it is delivered to your home. This generous window is designed to give you enough time to unbox, inspect, and decide if the shelf truly fits your space and needs.
To qualify for a return, the shelf must remain in its original condition. That means it must be:

Unused – the shelf should not show any signs of installation, assembly, or wear.

Undamaged – there should be no scratches, cracks, dents, stains, or marks caused after delivery.

Properly packaged – the shelf must be placed back in its original packaging, including any foam, corner protectors, and labels, so it arrives safely at our workshop.
We strongly recommend keeping the original box and packing materials for at least 90 days after delivery in case a return is necessary. Additionally, an invoice or proof of purchase is required to validate and process your return.
2. When It’s Fezapew’s Fault
There are situations where a return is clearly Fezapew’s responsibility. These include:

Damage during shipping – if the shelf arrives broken, cracked, or visibly dented.

Wrong product delivered – if the design, color, size, or finish does not match the order you placed.

Manufacturing defects – such as loose joints, uneven balance, rough edges, or poor finishing that compromise the quality of the product.
In these cases, Fezapew covers all return costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so you don’t pay anything to send the shelf back. Once the return reaches our workshop and is inspected, you may choose between two solutions:

Replacement Shelf – A new bookshelf of the same model will be shipped to you at no additional cost (subject to stock availability).

Full Refund – You will receive a refund of the entire product price plus the original shipping fee. The money will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
3. When It’s a Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes a bookshelf may not feel quite right after it arrives—whether it’s the wrong size, the wood tone doesn’t match your décor, or you simply change your mind.
In these cases, returns are still possible, but the return shipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility. To ensure a safe return, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, and packing the shelf in its original box with protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
Once the product arrives at our workshop, our team will inspect it. If the shelf is still in original condition (unused, undamaged, properly packed), we will issue a refund for the product value only.
Please note: the original shipping fee is non-refundable in change-of-mind returns. For example:

If you purchased a shelf for $2,900 with $150 shipping within the United States, your refund will be $2,900, but the $150 shipping will not be returned.

If you purchased a shelf for $2,900 with $190 shipping to Morocco, your refund will also be $2,900, and the $190 shipping will not be returned.
4. What Can’t Be Returned
While we aim to make returns as flexible as possible, certain items cannot be sent back:

Custom-made or personalized shelves – Products made to order with special dimensions, finishes, or designs tailored to your request cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged during delivery.

Final sale or clearance items – Any item marked as “final sale” or “clearance” is considered non-returnable, as these are sold at a special price and in “as-is” condition.
All other standard products can be returned as long as they meet the conditions outlined above.
5. How to Start a Return
Step 1 – Contact Us
Send an email to [email protected] within 90 days. Include your order number and photos/videos if the item is damaged.
Step 2 – Get Instructions
Our team will reply within 1–2 business days. If it’s Fezapew’s fault, you’ll receive a prepaid return label. If it’s a change of mind, we’ll provide packing guidance and suggest carriers.
Step 3 – Pack & Ship
Pack the shelf securely (ideally in the original box). Send returns to:

6. Refund Timing & Method
At Fezapew, we process refunds with the same care and attention as we do when preparing your bookshelf. Once your returned shelf arrives at our workshop, our team carefully inspects its condition to confirm that it meets the return requirements.
If the return is approved, the refund process begins within 5 business days. This means that after we confirm the condition of the product, the money will be on its way back to you promptly.
Refund Method: Refunds are always returned to your original payment method (such as Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). You don’t need to take any extra steps—once processed, the funds automatically return to the same account you used to pay.
Processing Timeline by Banks: Please note that while Fezapew issues refunds within 5 business days, your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to release the funds into your account.
Confirmation Email: To keep you updated, Fezapew will send a refund confirmation email once the process is complete. This email serves as proof that your refund has been issued.
7. No Restocking Fees
Unlike many furniture retailers, Fezapew does not charge restocking fees. We believe in fairness and transparency, which means:

You will never be asked to pay a hidden “restock” fee when sending a product back.

There are no re-import charges or surprise deductions from your refund.

The refund you receive will always equal the full product price (minus the original shipping fee, if the return is for a change of mind).
8. Reminder on Shipping
For the United States, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s route. Shipping fees are calculated as a flat $150 per order, while orders above $1,800 ship free of charge.
For Morocco, the same 1–2 business days are required for order processing. However, since international delivery takes longer, shipping typically requires 11–13 business days. The cost of shipping to Morocco is a flat $190 per order, and unlike the U.S., there is no free shipping option available.
A key benefit for both the United States and Morocco is that deliveries are tax-free and duty-free. This means you will not pay any import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees in addition to the shipping charges. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay—no hidden costs after purchase.
