1. Where We Ship

At Fezapew, shipping is designed to be simple and reliable. Currently, we deliver orders within the United States and also to Morocco.

For U.S. orders, we do not ship to PO Boxes, Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or overseas U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam. All other valid street addresses in the U.S. are supported.

For Morocco, delivery is available nationwide. Customers must ensure that delivery details provided are accurate and accessible for international carriers.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order value and destination.

For the United States, orders under $2,000 are charged a flat fee of $150. Orders above $2,000 qualify for free shipping anywhere in the country.

For Morocco, the shipping fee is $180 per order, regardless of order value. Free shipping does not apply to Morocco.

In both cases, the exact fee will always be displayed at checkout. Customers in both the United States and Morocco do not pay any additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees—everything is included in the shipping cost.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Every bookshelf is handcrafted and carefully packaged before shipment. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

For the United States, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days after processing.
For Morocco, delivery generally takes 10–12 business days after processing.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after that cut-off time will move to the next day’s processing schedule.

4. Example Timeline

If you place an order in the United States on Monday afternoon after 2:00 PM CST, it will be processed starting Tuesday, packed between Tuesday and Wednesday, and shipped with tracking details. Delivery then takes another 5–7 business days, so your bookshelf should arrive around Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.

For Morocco, an order placed at the same time will also be processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery then requires an additional 10–12 business days, so your bookshelf is expected to arrive about two weeks later.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update after dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos or videos of both the product and the shipping box. Once reviewed, our team will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost, and tracking has not updated for more than 7 days in the U.S. or 12 days in Morocco, please contact us immediately. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To maximize the chance of stopping the shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can still use our Returns Policy once the item arrives.

8. Refunds & Returns
